2007: Movies..Books..and Games..Oh My!!
For teens, 2007 was full of new movies, games and books. The much anticipated Halo 3 was released, as was J.K. Rowling's final installment of Harry Potter. Hollywood was turning out new movie titles for teens faster than you could watch them! Some of the top blockbuster hits for 2007 were: Bridge to Terabithia, Transformers, Into the Wild, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and who could forget Stardust? 2007 was chock-full of imagination and fun. What was your favorite new book release of 2007? Was it "Princess Diaries Seventh Heaven" by Meg Cabot? or maybe "New Moon" by Stephenie Meyer? This week’s pick is “The Golden Dream of Carlo Chuchio". Carlo has been put out on the street by his uncle and finds himself in the lowest of lows before setting out on a treasure finding expedition in the middle east.
